THE WAR CAME TO US
This project is an illustrated book review of Christopher Miller's "The War Came To Us". The book covers Miller's 10+ years in Ukraine, first as a Peace Corps volunteer, then as a journalist. The author gifted me his book and this illustration is my way to thank him.

The illustration was not conceived as a book cover at first, but I thought it would be interesting to make it one. I like the result, because it may stand out of the crowd. Probably, to make it a real marketable book cover, certain elements would need to be changed.
